RecordFlow automatically copies Zoom cloud recordings into Google Drive so recordings are saved without manual downloading or uploading. It is designed for people and teams who rely on Zoom recordings and want a reliable archive in Drive as soon as a meeting ends.

The product supports both individual users and Zoom admins. A user can connect their Zoom account, choose a personal or shared Google Drive folder, and let new recordings sync on their own. An admin can set up archiving for a team, point it at one root Drive folder, and have member sub-folders created automatically for opted-in users. Recordings normally appear in Drive within minutes of the meeting finishing, and the system sends an email with a direct link when each file is ready.
