WorkHourly is a time tracking and invoicing app for service professionals who work with multiple clients and different pay rules. It is designed for people such as nannies, handymen, tutors, cleaners, and consultants who need to track hours, log expenses, create invoices, and stay organized across several jobs.

The app supports two working styles: Schedule Mode for planning shifts ahead of time, and Clock In/Out Mode for live time tracking with real-time earnings. Users can add notes, photos, and expenses to individual shifts, set different rates and overtime rules per client, and generate professional PDF reports when it is time to get paid. It also includes analytics to help users understand earning trends, productive days, and which clients pay best.

WorkHourly is offline first, so time tracking, reports, client management, and invoice generation work without internet. Data stays on the device, and Pro adds private iCloud backup and sync. The app also offers widgets for the home screen and Lock Screen, smart reminders, and visual tools like client color coding and branded invoice customization.

The Free plan includes one client, unlimited time tracking, expense tracking per shift, notes and photos, smart reminders, breaks, monthly and custom reports, and an analytics overview. Pro adds unlimited clients, custom logos on invoices, QR codes on invoices, advanced analytics charts, a PDF files manager, iCloud backup and sync, and unlimited history.
