1. Using SaaSHammer
These Terms govern the SaaSHammer website and its accounts, product directory, launch calendar, voting, comments, newsletters, paid launch tiers, awards, and advertising inventory. By accessing the service, creating an account, submitting content, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you act for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for them. If you cannot agree to these rules, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Account details must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership before restoring or changing access.
3. Listings, launches, and moderation
You may submit a product only when you own it, operate it, represent it, or otherwise have permission to promote it. Claims, pricing, screenshots, logos, categories, and links must be truthful and must not violate another party’s rights.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may edit formatting or categories, request corrections, reject unsuitable content, move a launch, or remove a listing when needed for quality, safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity. A launch date is secured only after the required submission and, where applicable, payment steps are confirmed.
4. Visibility, rankings, and awards
Paid tiers change presentation and distribution; they do not purchase votes, rankings, comments, or awards. Community results can change as activity is recorded and invalid engagement is removed.
Featured Tools displays the five Premium or Premium Spotlight products with the newest launch dates. If paid products share a date, Premium Spotlight receives the tie-break advantage over Premium. We may adjust ranking and anti-abuse logic to protect fair use.
5. Rights to submitted content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant SaaSHammer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote that content for operating and marketing the service.
You confirm that you have the permissions needed to grant this license. Removal requests may not erase copies that must remain in backups, transaction records, moderation evidence, legal records, or preserved discussion and ranking history.
6. Autofill and automated assistance
Autofill may inspect a public website, capture a screenshot, and use external browser or AI services to suggest listing content. Generated text, categories, and product details may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
You must review every suggestion before publishing. Do not submit confidential information to Autofill, and do not treat generated output as legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice.
7. Prices, payment, and refunds
Premium launch tiers and advertising placements are one-time purchases. The price, currency, selected plan or inventory, and total charge are shown before checkout. Neither product renews automatically.
Checkout is handled by an external payment provider under its own terms. You authorize that provider to charge the selected method and are responsible for accurate billing details and applicable taxes.
- A paid launch covers the selected product and launch reservation.
- An advertising selection covers one placement format for one Monday-to-Sunday calendar week.
- Completed services and active campaign periods are normally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise.
- If SaaSHammer cannot deliver a paid service because of our error, we may offer a replacement date, service credit, or refund.
8. Advertising placements
Editor’s Picks contains three weekly advertising cards and appears only on the homepage. Sponsored contains three weekly sidebar positions that may appear across multiple public discovery and product pages. Booking both formats counts as two placements.
Booked cards link directly to the HTTPS destination supplied by the advertiser. Advertisers are responsible for their creative, destination, claims, and legal disclosures. We may reject, pause, or remove a campaign that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, technically harmful, or unsuitable for a professional software audience. Placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, or any other result.
9. Community and acceptable use
You must not manipulate votes, rankings, comments, awards, accounts, reservations, or payment records. Prohibited activity also includes impersonation, spam, malware, unauthorized scraping, security probing, abusive automation, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, and deceptive claims.
We may investigate suspicious activity, remove artificial engagement, limit functionality, and preserve relevant records. Reasonable use of public pages by normal search engines is not prohibited by this section.
10. Service messages and newsletters
We may send messages required to operate your account or purchase, including security, moderation, launch, payment, and policy notices. These are different from promotional newsletters.
Marketing email is optional where consent is required. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email; doing so does not stop essential transactional messages.
11. Third-party websites and services
Listings, advertisements, social profiles, sign-in tools, payment pages, and other integrations can lead to services we do not control. SaaSHammer is not responsible for their availability, content, security, pricing, promises, or privacy practices. A directory entry or external link is not an endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
12. Platform ownership and availability
SaaSHammer’s software, visual system, database organization, original editorial content, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce substantial portions, reverse engineer protected components, or build a competing database from the service except where law expressly permits it.
We may change features, limits, prices, integrations, and inventory. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent operation.
13. Disclaimers and liability
SaaSHammer is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee publication, traffic, backlinks, search performance, customers, revenue, funding, or commercial success.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaSHammer and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the twelve months before the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
14. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict or close access when these Terms are breached, a payment is reversed, the service or another person is at risk, or law requires action. You may stop using SaaSHammer at any time. Terms that logically survive termination continue to apply.
We may revise this agreement as the product or law changes. The updated date appears above, and material revisions may receive additional notice. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the law applicable where the SaaSHammer operator is established, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Please contact us before starting a formal dispute so we can try to resolve it directly.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
